Gulang Island

Gulangyu Tourist Area is a national level scenic spot, consisting of the main island of Gulangyu and other tourist attractions such as Riguangyan, Shuzhuang Garden, Zheng Chenggong Memorial Hall, Piano Museum, and Bainiaoyuan. With its unique natural and cultural landscapes, it has become a well-known tourist area in China.

The main tourist attractions include: Sunlight Rock, Shuzhuang Garden, Haoyue Garden, Yuyuan, Gulangshi, Gulangyu Piano Museum, Zheng Chenggong Memorial Hall, Xiamen Underwater World and Natural Beach, Sea Paradise Structure, etc. Integrating history, culture, and natural landscapes, it is a national level scenic spot and one of the top ten scenic spots in Fujian. With the development of Xiamen, various tourism supporting facilities on Gulangyu Island are becoming increasingly perfect, becoming a comprehensive island scenic and cultural tourism area that integrates sightseeing, vacation, tourism, shopping, leisure, and entertainment. On May 8, 2007, it was officially approved as a national 5A level tourist attraction. Selected by National Geographic magazine as the top five most beautiful urban areas in China.
